simple breakfast good location
the breakfast included a simple and good selection of foods. the location had a bus stop right outside. i found the gondolas and train station within walkable distance.

missing elevator mini fridge
the location was acceptable for bus TRANSIT.
the lack of an elevator was a big problem. also, there wasn't A mini fridge in the room, , made things difficult.

unwelcoming staff industrial freezer
The location was alright. The bus stop was nearby.
The staff was not cute and seemed short. I found it frustrating. A lady working there laughed when I asked about having a snack in the restaurant. That was really rude. The eating area reminded me of an industrial freezer. It was a table with two chairs in a semi-basement with no heating.

amazing stay!
great location comfy beds tidy facilities breakfast selection
the location allows easy access to the mountains. the beds provided great comfort, and i found the premises clean and well-kept. breakfast had a really good selection. the views from my room were amazing (especially at sunrise!).
i noticed there wasn't an elevator, so guests with heavy luggage might have some difficulty.

the staff members were cute. they regularly checked to see if i required assistance. communication was easy, especially as an english speaker (i really appreciated this!).

Simple Comforts and Great Breakfast
fruit variety free parking
The breakfast included many options. I appreciated the variety of fruits and the strong coffee. The location proved convenient with a bus stop right outside and a supermarket within walking distance. I also appreciated the free parking available making the logistics of arrival very manageable.
The room was quite small, and moving around the space with luggage felt cramped. More space to place my personal items would improve the stay.
